Technical Quiz


Complete your Web Development Technical Quiz within 5 days.

This is designed for beginners and those new to coding to assess problem-solving, aptitude, logical thinking skills and readiness for a Bootcamp.

CV & Cover Letter


Your Quiz will be evaluated and if successful, you'll be invited to upload your CV and Cover Letter detailing your experience, motivations and interest in Tech.

After this is reviewed, you'll receive an invitation to confirm your application and schedule your interview.

Application Outcome


Complete your 30 min video interview to discuss your motivations and tech career goals with the Admissions team.

Your application will be reviewed and you'll find out if you've been accepted within 24-48 hours! The team will then share the paperwork to confirm your space.

Leveraging the latest Software Engineering and AI techniques, our program empowers you to turn ideas into tangible projects, fostering an innovative mindset essential for thriving in any technical role or environment.

Preparation Work

Our Web Development Skills Bootcamp is very intense. To be prepared and make the most out of the Bootcamp, you must complete 40 hours of Prep Work to give you basic tech foundations and coding.

Build your first applications

Write your first programs manipulating variables, functions, and data structures while learning essential developer tools. Structure your software following Object-Oriented principles. Learn one of the most used design patterns, the Model-View-Controller, and master it by coding several MVC apps from scratch.

What you will do in practice:

  • Lots of games based on your command line
  • Scripts detecting valid emails and phone numbers
  • Web scrapers collecting information from e-commerce websites
  • Build a recipe management application

From simple CRUD queries to advanced JOIN queries, become a SQL pro! Learn how to design relational databases and build queries. Discover how to connect your database to your software using an ORM (Object Relational Mapping).

Master web technologies and code responsive websites with HTML, CSS and Bootstrap 5.0. Add dynamic behaviors to your website with JavaScript.

  • Responsive layouts and card grids

Put everything together

Develop web applications from scratch following the workflows of successful startups: design your app on Figma, collaborate on GitHub, code your app using Ruby on Rails 7 and JavaScript and finally deploy it.

What you will do in practice:

  • Create your own marketplace in teams
  • Code a recommendation website
  • Develop and deploy 3 different apps with Rails

In the final weeks, you'll embark on the ultimate course experience: invent, pitch, design, code, and deploy an original AI-powered web project. Working in teams of 3 or 4, you'll collaborate to bring your innovative ideas to life, showcasing the skills and knowledge you've gained throughout the course.

Eligibility Criteria

If you meet the following criteria, you may qualify for a UK Government Funded Skills Bootcamps.

Are 19 years old or above

✔

Live in England, and have lived in the UK, EU or EEA for at least 3 years prior to the course start date

✔

Are either in work, self-employed, unemployed or returning to work after a break (therefore not currently in education)

✔

Are available to study for 12 weeks Full-Time from Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm each day
