Saskia Verstege has been the Managing Director of Techgrounds for the past 4 years. Now she started as a freelancer, working for social enterprises in the field of education, re-skilling, and bringing people to a sustainable job (in tech). Currently, she is the Interim Managing Director of Techmeup, a non-profit tech fund that invests in people's opportunities. Techmeup believes that IT reskilling should be accessible to everyone, whatever your situation! That is why they work with their partners every day to create a more diverse and inclusive tech ecosystem.
Lala is a senior engineer and tech lead with a passion for building accessible systems and supporting individuals on their journey in tech. This passion has led her to publish 3 books, produce 4 podcasts, and speak at numerous events, including a TEDx talk. Her areas of expertise are the Future of Work, Community-led Growth, Mental Health, Belonging, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. After 7 successful years in tech sales at renowned companies like LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Miro, she co-founded the D2 collective in late 2022. Anni Sapountzi is a data scientist and personalized learning specialist. From sparking excitement at Le Wagon bootcamps to delving into Adaptive Learning Algorithms for her Ph.D. at Vrije Universiteit, Anni navigates the wilds of machine learning, reinforcement learning, EdTech, data science, and the art of storytelling along with a Python toolkit. As a former Business Software Consultant, she translated business strategies into technical requirements. She proudly holds a Best Paper Award and share authorship in crafting the 'Social networking data analysis tools & challenges'. In addition to her work, Anni enjoys writing articles on Medium, hiking, playing bass guitar, and reading.
