Breaking the bias in tech

On March 8, the International Women's Day celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements women have made. This year's theme, 'Break the Bias', is a call to action to achieve gender parity.

Le Wagon is a coding school running Web Development and Data Science bootcamps on 43 campuses worldwide. As educators for beginners in tech, we find ourselves at the start of the funnel for improving the ratio of women in the tech industry, while having the power to change perceptions.

That's why, from Monday, March 7 to Friday, March 11,  we invite you to join the International Women's Festival. Each day has a different theme to empower women in tech and break gender-biased barriers prevalent in the tech industry. Discover the upcoming events and join more women taking their first steps into tech!

Women - who only make up 19% of the tech workforce - typically face higher barriers of entry at almost every stage of the job-seeking process. To help bridge the gender employment gap, we're taking a step forward to promote coding skills to a more diverse range of people, not only through our bootcamps but also a series of free events for women curious to learn more about the tech industry. These events are available for different time zones. You can choose your own on the registration pages. Sign up now 👇
