Today, both in Morocco and around the world, there is a strong need for increased representation of women in technical and digital professions related to areas such as data and AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, information systems, networks, and more.
Orange Morocco and Le Wagon Casablanca are committed to promoting gender diversity in innovation professions through the "Hello Women" project.
The "Hello Women" project has two main goals:
1- Building an inclusive community of women interested in data science by organizing technical workshops and monthly talks open to the general public.
2- Providing training opportunities for motivated women, both current Orange employees and external candidates, to attend our Data science bootcamp and subsequently join Orange teams.
Le Wagon is an international coding school specializing in immersive training in web development and data science.
The mission of Le Wagon is to enable as many people as possible to acquire technical and digital skills to update their knowledge, change careers, or launch a project 🚀.
We have taught coding to over 17,000 creative individuals, and our alumni have launched more than 170 startups.
