Programming for Everybody Free Learning Course

Course dates: July 27th - Aug 12th. Seats are limited.

FREE ★ FOR BEGINNERS

You find yourself at home with hours of free time and are ready to start learning how to code, but there's still a problem....

Traditional online learning is B-O-R-I-N-G, boring.

To combat the lack of excitement and loneliness of online courses, we want to make them more interactive. This is why we are taking Codecademy’s free Ruby course and making it more collaborative by studying it and covering each module in a series of webinars this summer!

So how will it happen?

From July 27th till Aug 12th, you can join our instructors live as they walk you through a new module each session on Codecademy’s free Ruby track.

You will get access to:

  • 6 live classroom sessions with our instructors where you can interact and ask questions
  • a private Slack channel with likeminded people and Le Wagon instructors
  • a certificate if you complete all classes
  • 50,000¥ discount for Tokyo’s web development bootcamps starting this Fall.

This series is for complete beginners and it’s free 🎁

Class Schedule 📆

The course will run from July 27th till Aug 12th:

Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 19:00PM to 20:15PM.

FAQ

What's a 'Live Class'?

Live Classes will be used to give more context to the module in review and answer questions from participants. Live Classes will be most useful for participants who complete the Codecademy module on their own before the session.

Why is it different from other online classes?
  • It's interactive: all lectures are live and teachers will be answering all your questions while the lecture is undergoing.
  • Global community: you'll get an access to the dedicated Slack channel with direction for further exercises and community interaction.
  • It's free: no hidden fees or 'premium' options.
Do I need to know programming to join?

Nope. This online course is for complete beginners. The only one thing that we request is your motivation to learn programming and willing to commit your time on Tue and Thu during the course time.
