Get started with data the right way. In this module, you’ll explore core data concepts, master the essentials of Google Sheets, and take your first steps in SQL, all while working on real-world datasets.

What you will do in practice:

Discover key data concepts and start working with Google Sheets.
Build your first dashboard from real company data (Shapr), covering KPIs, cohort analysis, funnels, and more.
Learn the basics of SQL and write your first queries to explore relational databases.

Take your SQL skills to the next level. This module dives into advanced queries, including joins, aggregations, and subqueries — giving you the tools to independently explore and analyze real-world datasets.

What you will do in practice:

Go deeper with SQL: filter by dimensions, use aggregations, master joins (INNER, LEFT, RIGHT, FULL) and subqueries.
Explore large-scale datasets in a professional cloud-based environment used in companies: Google BigQuery.

Bring your data to life with Looker Studio. In this module, you’ll learn to create clear, interactive dashboards and design impactful visualizations that tell a compelling story.

Use calculated fields, apply transformations and combine multiple data sources to enrich your insights.
