The Women’s Data day is a special morning that aims to encourage women to dive into Data Science and learn the basics of Machine Learning for free.
📊 What: Get immersed in the daily life of a Data Scientist through learning Python basics, building your first Machine Learning model, and meeting with women working at the heart of the industry.
👩💻 Who: We encourage people who identify as women to join this event. That being said, everyone is welcome to join!
🗓️ When: Saturday, June 19, from 10 am to 1 pm EST
💻 Where: In our virtual classroom
10-11 am: Introduction to Machine Learning and Python basics
11-12 am: Practice time! Build your first Machine Learning model with the help of our teaching crew
12-1 pm: A chat with women Data Scientists about their career path

Prerequisite: there is no prerequisite, this is a workshop for beginners!
This workshop will start with a 1-hour lecture to introduce the core concepts. You will then be onboarded on Le Wagon e-learning platform where you can access the slides, a sum-up of key notions as well as exercises and quizzes. We'll have dedicated time to practice during which our teaching team will be there to answer your questions and guide you in your learning.
Participants will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion.
